Personal Year · from your birth date + the year
The chapter you're in, right now.
Your Life Path never moves. This does — it cycles through nine years and tells you which one you're standing in. Enter your birth month and day, pick a year, and we'll do the maths.
For reflection & entertainment — not advice.
What a Personal Year is
Your Life Path is the whole road. Your Personal Year is the stretch of it you're walking through this specific year — one of nine repeating chapters, each with its own weather. A 1 year asks you to start something; a 9 year asks you to close something. Same road, different mile.
Here's the math
Take your birth month and reduce it to a single digit. Take your birth day and do the same. Add the digits of the year you're checking (2026 becomes 2+0+2+6=10, which reduces to 1). Add all three together and reduce that total to a single digit, 1 through 9. Born April 4th, checking 2020: 4 + 4 + 4 = 12 → 3. That's a Personal Year 3.
One honest caveat
This calculator uses the calendar year — January to January — which is the simpler and more common way to run the numbers. Some traditional numerologists count the Personal Year from birthday to birthday instead, so the exact turnover date can differ depending who you ask. We're telling you that up front rather than pretending there's only one precise answer.
The Personal Year is one chapter. See it beside the number that never changes.
